About Me

I am an experienced full-time freelance estimator specializing in Xactimate and insurance estimates. My focus is on helping organizations create accurate and profitable material take-offs and cost estimates for property damage, mitigation, and reconstruction. I have a wealth of experience in addressing damage caused by various factors such as wind, hail, water, fire, smoke, and mold. My expertise includes demolition, dry-out, contents and structure cleaning, reconstruction, pack-outs, laundry, and more. I provide remote estimates based on the information provided by my clients, including scope notes, sketches, photographs, and videos. Additionally, I am proficient in popular software applications such as Matterport, CompanyCam, Docusketch, Google Drive, and Dropbox. I have my own Xactimate subscription and I am ready to work.
